The review is based on the report, questions, materials, appendices and documents provided that the expert used or should have used. The aim is to identify weaknesses in the study and prepare professional comments.
Limits of competence: Andrei Viktorovich carries out analysis within his competence in commodity science, technical and related matters. For narrowly specialised fields, a specialist in the relevant field may be engaged or the review may be prepared as a joint professional opinion.
What is checked
- consistency between the conclusions and the questions posed;
- completeness of the examination section and input data;
- description of objects, documents, photographs, tables, calculations and appendices;
- substantiation of the methodology and the limits of the expert's competence;
- the reasoning from established characteristics to conclusions;
- the presence of contradictions, omissions and unsupported statements;
- whether additional questions, a repeat examination or an additional examination are needed.
