About the expert

Andrei Viktorovich — reviews of reports and studies within the scope of commodity science, technical and related expertise.

Profile

Andrei Viktorovich holds higher education qualifications in various fields, as well as professional retraining and continuing professional development in expert and related disciplines. This training provides a basis for professionally analysing and reviewing reports, studies and forensic examinations within the scope of his verified competence. A specialist in the relevant field may be engaged for narrowly specialised matters, or a joint professional opinion may be prepared.

Approach: a review assesses the quality of a study already completed: input data, methodology, completeness of the inspection, the connection between facts and conclusions, contradictions, matters beyond the expert's competence and overlooked circumstances.

Limits of competence

For specialised fields beyond the scope of his own competence, the structure of the report can be assessed and a specialist in the relevant field engaged. Medical, psychiatric, genetic and other highly specialised examinations are not offered as areas of his own expertise without a specialist in the relevant field.
